Hi, I'm Vy and I design content so digital experiences are easier to understand and use. From writing policy memos in college to working across different sectors, I've always been drawn to making public services more accessible and intuitive. That path led me to design, where I focus on:

I've worked with federal agencies like the General Services Administration and civic tech startups like Indigov, supporting cross-functional teams and designing experiences grounded in strategy, usability, and care.
